For each Sefirah, we have a robust printable manual you can keep forever, pre-recorded meditations, teachings, and yoga flows, book & class recommendations for extended learning, and LIVE group zoom gathers to integrate the wisdom in a like-minded community of spiritual seekers. We also offer 1:1 guidance (optional) with the instructor.

  • No prior knowledge or experience with the Sefirot is necessary. However, if you come from a kabbalistic or Chassidic background, this course will definitely expand and deepen your knowledge, as well as give you an opportunity to actively work on yourself using the Sefirot as a healing modality and framework for self-growth and actualization .

  • After registration, we will add you to our course platform on Teachable to access all the downloadable manuals, pre-recorded videos, and previous live zoom recordings of our Sefirot classes. At your own leisure, you can access all the course content.

  • Both course options costs 300$, including:
